Real Estate Offering 

The Group has initiated its first commercial Real Estate project which shall come-up at 182 A J C Bose Road, Kolkata.

It would be Fifteen Storied building with a height of 70 metres and total constructed area of 80,000/ square feet. The building would be offering Grade 'A' commercial office space and would be having ‘Gold Category’ Green building certification awarded by IGBC (The Indian Green Building Council).

The Group also has investments in other parcels of land in the state of West Bengal where further development activities shall be undertaken. As these developments activities progress further, details shall be shared on this page.
